No problem. First, add the class to your shopping cart then, change the quantity to the # of family members that you want to register for the class. Make sure to click "Update Quantities" on your shopping cart or the new quantity may not be saved. Later on, you'll be able to assign them to the class. You may only sign up one other person besides yourself.
The buttons just don't seem to be working for me
Sorry, this system is still new, and a few kinks may remain.
Please try the following solutions before e-mailing or calling us us.
- This website is JavaScript heavy. Please make sure that you have JavaScript enabled. Choose the appropriate link to find out how to do so: Google Chrome Internet Explorer Mozilla Firefox Apple Safari
- Make sure your browser is up to date. This can usually be done by going to your browser's top menu and finding the "About" tab. Although you should not have to, you may want to try a 2nd browser, just in case. There should be an update button there. Or, go to the browser you are using's homepage. ie: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. Either way, as we are still in Beta development, please send details of the error to us at info@innosoftware.net
Credit Card Processing
If you are having trouble with your credit card processing, please send as many details as possible (including screenshots!) to info@innosoftware.net. Be sure that you are entering all of the credit card information in the correct format (ie month is 05, not May or 5) and double check that your billing address is formatted the same as your actual bill. PayPal is very picky.
To ensure your spot in your program, you may want to choose the pay by cheque option until we can resolve the issue next time. If you note your exact credit card error we may waive the cheque processing fee.
Is this website secure? Is my credit card information safe?
YES. This website is secured with 256 bit encryption. All payments are processed using this encryption through a secure server (you can see the lock symbol in your browser and we will have a verification badge on the final payment screen )
The Erindale Arbor Creek Community Association does NOT get to see OR store your credit card information (only our web merchant account, PayPal Website Payments Pro handles your credit card information and even they only store it temporarily). PayPal handles the online payments for, and is owned by, EBAY, so you can be sure they've got the bugs out.
